"Cook Smarter, Not Harder"
Learn How to Cook Healthy Meals in HALF the Time!
The Perfect Solution for Busy People Who Need and Want to Cook Healthy Food, but Don't Have the Time
Hey guys,

My name is Natalie Hodson and if you want to make delicious and healthy crock-pot meals, then pay very close attention!

Many busy people suffer from the idea that eating healthy takes a lot of time to meal prep.

But nothing could be further from the truth!

If you're someone who is really busy but wants to eat healthy, then THIS is exactly what you're looking for.

I am so excited to introduce you to my brand new crock-pot cookbook "Cook Smarter, Not Harder" which helps you figure out how to cook healthy meals in a fraction of the time.

This cookbook idea began because I used to look all over Pinterest for crock-pot recipes, but I was frustrated because I never could find HEALTHY recipes. All of them seemed to have loads of cream of mushroom soup, or high sugar BBQ sauces, or a ton of butter.

I made it a mission of mine to get creative in the kitchen and make an entire series of healthy, easy recipes that my entire family will ACTUALLY eat.

In "Cook Smarter, Not Harder" (say that ten times fast lol), I will teach you how to simply:

• Make awesome tasting meals in a fraction of the time

• Make an entire month's worth of freezer meals in one afternoon

• Make desserts, breakfasts, and some Instant Pot recipes (not just the traditional dinner crock-pot meals)

• Eat healthy without spending a fortune or a ton of time in the kitchen

• Plus, you get to see what a typical week of meals in my house looks like

And what makes this even better?

Every recipe in this book is made SIMPLY with everyday ingredients.

It’s so easy, your teenage son could even throw everything in the crockpot for you and it would come out great!! :)

I’ve also priced it out so that MOST recipes in the book cost you just a few dollars per serving and is really gentle on your family’s food budget.

And best of all... you can start making these meals right away, seeing awesome results with "Cook Smarter, Not Harder"... and it costs less than the price of one meal at a restaurant.

So again, if you're someone who is really busy but who really does want to eat healthy, understand this:

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but every day you put off eating healthy is another day further away from hitting your goals and feeling good about yourself.

You don't need any past cooking experience to make these recipes (no burning involved lol).

You just set it, forget about it, and go.

From my kitchen to yours, I’m so excited about this book!

It’s probably the most proud I’ve ever felt about anything I’ve ever written, and I can’t wait for you to try these recipes!

Your friend,

Who Is Natalie?
Natalie Hodson is an Idaho native, CEO, public speaker, and mother of two. After a 70-pound pregnancy weight gain with BOTH of her ten-pound babies, she took the initiative to learn how to eat clean (on a budget, no less!), and find workouts that were time efficient and gave her the results she was looking for.

Natalie started Nataliehodson.com in 2012, to teach women of all ages how they can incorporate small inexpensive diet changes and a realistic exercise regimen into their daily lives.

She is a content writer and contributor for sites and publications such as: Bodybuilding.com, Oxygen Magazine, Train for Her Magazine, Strong Fitness Magazine, and is an ISSA certified personal trainer.

In total, Natalie has published eight cookbooks and six different in-depth training programs. She’s found that a healthy diet is the only way to see the physical results from her exercise program, and wants to find a way to teach others how to eat healthily and sustainably, without spending hours cooking each night.

Running a business and a household has given Natalie some extra incentive to find meals that are easy to plan and easy to prepare.

This is the reason Natalie decided to incorporate a crock-pot cookbook into her Rolodex of other self-created cookbooks and go-to recipes.

Does the cookbook include Instant Pot recipes?
It does! Most of the cookbook is focused on crock-pot meals, but I've included some of my favorite Instant Pot ones as well!

Do I need to own a crock-pot to make these recipes?
Not necessarily. Most of the recipes can also be made on the stovetop or in the oven, and oftentimes I include directions for both methods. I also have an entire section in the cookbook that is "one-pan dishes," so they aren't actually even crock-pot meals, but just follow the same concept of easy to make, and easy to clean up meals. I do definitely recommend getting a crock-pot though, they are the best!

Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free recipes?
Only a few of the recipes are specifically vegetarian, but nearly all these recipes can easily be made vegetarian without losing much flavor by omitting the meat. Majority of the recipes in the book are gluten-free.
